    Use For You, search, brand or category to land on a listing.

    Check the details

    Read condition, photos, dimensions, ship-from city and seller profile.

    Pay

    Stripe Payment Sheet — card, Alipay or WeChat Pay. Funds enter platform escrow.

    Track

    Tap "Logistics" on the order detail to see the FedEx event timeline.

  5. 5

    Confirm receipt

    Once you have inspected the item, confirm receipt to release the funds.

  6. 6

    Review

    Leave a rating — it helps the next buyer trust the seller.

When something is wrong

Within the refund window you can request a refund-only (keep the item) or refund-and-return (ship it back). The platform mediates if buyer and seller disagree.
