Online shipping only — there is no in-person pickup or local handoff.
Carriers
All shipments — both Shop and Secondhand — are handled through FedEx. USPS support is on the roadmap.
Speed options (Secondhand)
- Overnight
- Code 2 — fastest delivery for time-sensitive items.
- 2-Day
- Code 5 — common default balancing cost and speed.
- Ground
- Code 7 — most economical, longer transit time.
Packaging size & weight
When you publish a secondhand listing, you record the package length, width, height (inches) and weight (pounds). napnap uses this to compute shipping fees and validate the label at ship time. A "Shoebox 14×10×5" preset is available, and you can always switch to custom dimensions.
napnap does not have a separate gift-wrap or premium-packaging mode. Pack securely yourself — buyers expect items to arrive in the condition shown.
