How an order moves from checkout to completion.

Shop orders

    Placed

    Order created, payment pending.

  2. 2

    Paid

    Stripe captures the payment, order awaits seller dispatch.

  3. 3

    Shipped

    Seller hands the package to FedEx; tracking events stream in.

  4. 4

    Delivered

    Buyer confirms receipt or auto-confirm fires.

  5. 5

    Completed

    Order closed; review window opens.

Secondhand orders

Funds are held by the platform as escrow once paid, and only released to the seller when the buyer confirms receipt — see Buyer Protection for the dispute path.

Awaiting buyer to pay.
2 Paid
Funds in escrow, seller must dispatch.
3 Shipped
In transit; funds still held.
4 Completed
Funds released to seller.
5 Cancelled
No charge / refunded.
6 Refund / return
Buyer initiated; outcome depends on arbitration.
