How to publish a secondhand listing
Everything required for a listing to go live.
Required fields
- Title
- Concise, searchable name of the item.
- Description
- What it is, why you are selling, any flaws.
- Price
- A positive number; buyers can negotiate via chat.
- Condition
- 10 New, 9.8, 9.5, 9, 8, 7 — be honest.
- Brand
- Pick from the brand sheet.
- Category
- At least two levels (e.g. Electronics → Phones).
- Ship-from address
- Used for label generation and rate.
- Logistics
- Carrier (FedEx), service, package L×W×H + weight.
- Photos
- All uploads must finish before publish.
Tools that help
- AI Write — drafts a description from a few keywords.
- Tag picker — adds searchable tags to surface in For You.
- Image grid — drag to reorder; first image becomes the cover.
Stock is fixed at 1 for secondhand listings. Once it sells, the listing is automatically taken down.
