Trading safely on napnap
Stay inside the app — that is where protection works.
Do
- Pay through the official checkout — only Stripe-held payments enter escrow.
- Keep all communication inside napnap chat so we have a log if a dispute opens.
- Photograph the package on arrival before opening — useful evidence for damage claims.
- Confirm receipt only after inspecting the item end to end.
Don't
- Don't do offline cash deals — secondhand orders are online-shipping only and lose protection if you transact off-platform.
- Don't share Alipay / WeChat / bank links in chat to bypass checkout.
- Don't click verification links sent in chat — napnap will never ask you to verify an order on a third-party page.
