Escrow on every order
Your payment is held by napnap from the moment Stripe charges you until you confirm receipt. The seller does not get paid until the order is marked Completed.

- Funds still held; tracking visible.
- Completed
- Funds released.
- Refund / return
- Funds frozen pending outcome.
Refund types
- Refund only — buyer keeps the item; used when seller agrees the item should not be returned.
- Refund + return — buyer ships back; refund issues after seller confirms receipt.
- Platform arbitration — if the seller rejects the request or stays silent, napnap reviews the case using the photos, descriptions and chat log you provide.
Reasons we accept include quality issue, not as described, damaged in transit, wrong size, wrong item shipped, lost in transit, and other (with explanation).
